Since 1 October, 2020 Avon Tennis has been a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and is regulated by the Charity Commission (Registration no: 1188388). It is also a registered member of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA).

*****************************************************************************************************************************Avon Tennis is governed by Trustees who are ultimately responsible for the strategy and directing how the organisation is managed. The day to day activities are managed by the Avon Tennis Executive Committee with the financial aspects carefully monitored by the Finance & Audit Committee.
Avon Tennis has approved policies and procedures, which are regularly reviewed, to provide structure, guidance and to help the organisation operate in a consistent and fair manner.
The policies are primarily for those who: work for the County (on a paid or voluntary basis); play or train with teams organised by Avon Tennis; and, those people who take part in events run by the County and their carers.
